Cancellation Policy
We’re delighted to welcome you to the Luna Collective Pilates Experience at Linthwaite House. To ensure a smooth, enjoyable and safe session, please take a moment to read our short guest policy. For your safety and comfort, please let your instructor know about any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns before your session, and use the Pilates apparatus only under guided instruction. Cancellations made with more than 12 hours’ notice can be rearranged without charge; cancellations within 12 hours or missed sessions will be charged in full. If you arrive late, please note that the session will finish at the originally scheduled time to ensure a safe and structured experience for all guests.
