The Services are solely for users 18 years of age or older.​

These Terms govern your use of all online and digital elements of our Services, including features, streaming content, videos, audio, PDFs, written materials, user interfaces, links, and all software and media associated with the Luna Collective website.
Acceptance and Changes to Terms
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time.

Access
When you access the Services you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
Your Conduct
The Services may only be used for lawful purposes, and solely for viewing or streaming Luna Collective content.

Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities

Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network (e.g., via viruses, overloading, spamming, flooding)

To register, you must provide accurate and current information, including your name, email, and payment details (if applicable).
You agree to keep your information updated at all times.

Access to Services – Subscriptions & Quality
Some Services are available via monthly subscription or fixed-term access.

Streaming quality depends on many factors including device, connection speed, bandwidth, and location. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or specific streaming resolutions.
Payments & Billing
Available payment plans, memberships, and subscriptions may vary over time. By purchasing a plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
You may update your payment method in your account settings.

Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

To avoid the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date.

Once paid, digital services are non-refundable as they grant instant access to the Member Area.

Injury & Account Freezes
Accounts may be frozen if you provide a valid doctor’s note.

Service Termination
We may remove your account or restrict access at our discretion.
If this occurs and you have not had reasonable access during the current billing month, we will issue a proportional refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, logos, branding, videos, and media on the Services are the exclusive property of Luna Collective Ltd and its content providers.
You may not:

Copy, sell, distribute, publicly perform, modify, or reproduce any content

Share content with others

Use content for commercial purposes
unless otherwise permitted in writing.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
To participate in physical activity, you must be in good physical health.
You must not participate if a medical professional has advised against exercise.

Environment Requirements
You must ensure your exercise space is:

Flat and even
-
Free from obstacles
-
Spacious enough for movement
By using any Luna Collective content (live or pre-recorded), you agree that you are responsible for exercising within your capabilities.
Seek medical advice if unsure.

Pre/Postnatal
Luna Collective Services are not designed for pregnancy or postnatal individuals unless explicitly stated.
It is generally advised not to exercise between weeks 8–14 of pregnancy and to wait six weeks after giving birth unless guided by a qualified professional.
We are not responsible for injuries caused by improper use of the Services, unless resulting directly from our negligence.
IN-PERSON SERVICES
Services
“In-Person Services” include, but are not limited to:

Private Solo Sessions

Private Duet Sessions
-
Micro-Collective Sessions (2–4 people)

Sport-Specific Training (e.g., golf, tennis, climbing, rowing)

Corporate Wellbeing Services

Hotel Pilates Experiences
-
Workshops, Events, Demonstrations & Pop-Ups
-
Teacher Mentoring, Assessor Services & Education Delivery
“Client” refers to any individual, company, hotel guest, or organisation receiving the service.

Booking & Payment
Payment Requirements

All in-person sessions must be paid for in advance to secure the booking.

Bookings without payment may be released without notice.
-
Block packages (if offered) must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made via card, direct bank transfer, or other methods specified by Luna Collective.
Pricing
Pricing may vary across services (e.g., private sessions vs corporate bookings vs hotel sessions).
Prices may be adjusted at any time; however, confirmed bookings retain their agreed price.
Cancellations, Lateness & Rescheduling
Client Cancellations

24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
-
Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Arrivals
-
Sessions start and finish at the scheduled time, regardless of client arrival time.
-
Sessions cannot be extended due to lateness.
-
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the instructor may refuse entry for safety reasons, and the session will be charged in full.
Luna Collective Cancellations
If we cancel your session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:

You will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
-
No compensation is provided for travel, accommodation, or incidental costs.
Group & Micro-Collective Sessions
-
The session will proceed even if one or more participants cancel.
-
Individual refunds are not provided for missed group classes.
-
Spaces are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.
-
Participants must arrive on time; late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons.
Workshops, Events & Pop-Ups

Tickets for workshops or events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Luna Collective.
-
Tickets may be transferred to another participant with written notice.
-
Luna Collective reserves the right to change the advertised instructor or venue if required.
-
If minimum attendance is not met, we may cancel the event and issue a full refund.
Corporate Wellbeing
Corporate Bookings

Corporate sessions must be paid according to the agreed invoice terms.
-
Cancellation policies for corporate clients will be stated in the contract or quotation.
-
Late payment may incur administrative fees.
Health, Safety & Pre-Screening
Client Responsibility
By attending In-Person Services, you confirm that:

You are in suitable physical condition to participate in exercise
-
You have completed a health questionnaire if requested
-
You will disclose all injuries, medical conditions, and changes in health
-
You will follow the instructor’s guidance at all times
Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in exclusion from sessions.

Environment
For any off-site or at-home sessions, you are responsible for ensuring your environment is:

Clean, safe, and free of hazards
-
Spacious enough for the session
-
Equipped with suitable flooring and lighting
Pregnancy & Postnatal
Unless a session is specifically designed and advertised as pre/postnatal friendly, it is not suitable for pregnant or postnatal clients.
You may be required to provide medical clearance.

Illness
Please do not attend in-person sessions if:

You are unwell (including cough, fever, flu-like symptoms, infection, dizziness)
-
You have an injury that makes participation unsafe
-
You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Luna Collective may refuse participation if it is unsafe for you or others.
Use of Classical Pilates Apparatus & Fitness Equipment
To ensure safety, clients must:

Use apparatus only under instructor supervision
-
Not adjust springs, settings, or equipment without permission
-
Report any discomfort or equipment concerns immediately
-
Wear appropriate clothing to prevent snagging on equipment
You acknowledge that misuse of Pilates apparatus can result in injury, and you agree to follow all safety instructions.
Behaviour & Professional Conduct
Luna Collective maintains a respectful, professional environment.
We may refuse service, without refund, if a client:

Acts aggressively or disrespectfully

Harasses staff or other clients
-
Damages equipment or property
-
Attends under the influence of alcohol or drugs
-
Violates these Terms
Personal Belongings
Luna Collective is not responsible for:

Theft
-
Loss
-
Damage to personal belongings
You bring personal items at your own risk.
Liability Waiver
By participating in any In-Person Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Exercise carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, or in rare cases, death
-
You voluntarily assume all associated risks
-
You release Luna Collective Ltd, its directors, instructors, employees, and contractors from liability for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation except where caused directly by our negligence
This waiver applies to you and your heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
Changes to In-Person Services
Luna Collective reserves the right to:

Modify class times, schedules, or offerings

Substitute instructors
-
Change venues or equipment
-
Cancel or amend services when necessary
Any essential changes will be communicated as early as possible.
