These Terms govern your use of our Services, including all functionalities, features, streaming content, audio, visual, written media, PDF, website links, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the Services provided by Luna Collective Ltd.

We may update these Terms from time to time and if you are a registered user of our Services, we will inform you of any material changes by email. Otherwise, please check back frequently on this page for any changes as those will apply to you from the time these are posted. 

When you access the Services you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

The Services may be used only for lawful purposes which are limited to streaming and viewing the Services products, images, content, and videos. We specifically prohibit any other use of the Services. 

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Services, including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for your use or logging into a server or account which you are not authorized to access, (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (c) attempting to interfere with the service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Services, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing", (d) forging any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting, or (e) scraping or harvesting data.

If you register for the Services, you will be asked to provide certain information including your name, valid email address, and payment details. You expressly agree that all such information is current and accurate, and will be kept up-to-date.

Your privacy rights are outlined in our Privacy Policy located at Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information as it relates to the Services, including your username and password, and are responsible for all uses of your username and password whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your username and password.

The Services allow you to access digital content on a monthly subscription basis. The basis on which digital content is available on the Services is indicated on the product detail page for which you may purchase the digital content. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis. We make no guarantees as to the resolution and quality of the digital content when streaming. The quality and speed of your stream of digital content have many different variables, including your connection speed, location, download speeds, devices, player, and bandwidth.

The digital content available under specific payment plans, subscriptions, and membership, will change from time to time at our sole discretion. We make no guarantee as to the availability of a specific payment plan. 

By purchasing a payment plan, you expressly agree that we are authorized to charge your selected payment plan on the payment method you designate. You can update or change this information at any time by logging into your account and clicking the settings tab under the username.

Receipts are sent a confirmation to the registered email account once the payment is successful. Your subscription will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your payment plan according to the terms of that specific plan before the next charge in order to avoid billing. Please note that once you paid for the service it is non-refundable as you gain instant access to our online Member Area. 

In case of injury, your account will be frozen if you provide a doctor's note. 

We reserve the right to remove your account and restrict your access to our Services for any reason. If you paid a monthly subscription fee, we will issue you with a refund for the month during which we remove your account or restrict access to our Services, if you have not had a reasonable period to enjoy our Services during this month. 

You agree that Luna Collective Ltd owns and retains all rights to the Services and that its content is solely owned and controlled by the content provider and all such material is protected and copyrighted, trademarked, and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property common and statutory laws of the United Kingdom and other countries.

You may not sell or modify the content or Services, or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Services in any way for any purpose other than as described under these Terms.

To take part in physical activity you must be in good physical health. If you’ve been told on health or medical grounds that you should not take part in physical activity oe sport, then you won’t be able to join in with our classes; live or on demand. 

To take part in any classes in a safe way, you must make sure that the area you use is suitable. The area must be: 

• a flat, even, surface

• clear of any obstacles 

• spacious enough for the type of activity

By using the Services – whether live or pre-recorded instructional videos – you agree that it is your responsibility to be aware of your own capabilities and do what you are comfortable with. Medical advice should be sought if you have any doubts. We do not take responsibility for injuries or damages you may suffer by using any of our Services if caused by our negligence. 

It is not advisable to exercise between weeks 8 to 14 of pregnancy, unless by special arrangement with your teacher. It is also wise to wait six weeks after the birth before resuming exercise. Luna Collective Ltd Services are not specifically tailored for pre or post-natal users unless specified.
