CONTINUING YOUR PILATES PRACTICE
You are invited to practise these movements at home, in your own space and at your own pace. Throughout each exercise, focus on the concept of a Two-Way Stretch - an oppositional pull that creates elongation and space within the body. This principle is what sets Pilates apart, encouraging length, control, and ease in every movement.
Take your time, move with care, and allow for rest whenever needed. By choosing to follow these exercises, you take responsibility for your own practice. If you are unsure at any point, it is always advisable to seek guidance from a medical professional.
