ELLIE'S STORY

''It was excellent training with Sandra. I wanted to get confident in the gym by doing weights & strength training. I’d read that as a perimenopausal woman incorporating strength & weight training into my fitness routine would help.

 

Sandra clearly knows her stuff about menopause & strength/weight training. I quickly gained confidence with Sandra encouraging me & was at the gym doing the exercises she had set me. 

I like that Sandra sent me a program of exercises & photos of me doing them to remind me when at the gym on my own. I really enjoy doing the exercises she has taught me. I confidently use the bar & weights now.
